Podere Santa Maria is open all the year round, renting its apartment on a weekly basis from saturday to saturday.  Time of arrival is anticipated between 16.00 and 20.00 and of departure prior to 10.00.Naturally in low season it's possible to be more flexible with dates and times. A deposit should be paid on booking. The balance of the rent should be paid on arrival together with a deposit against damages of 150,00 Euro (which will be refunded on departure) |
