Podere S. Maria is an independent and isolated farmhouse located in the quiet countryside of the municipality of Bibbona, province of Livorno about 15 km from the sea.

It can be reached by taking a dirt road of about 700 meters. The last 300 meters of the road are private, with an access gate that is planted with cypress trees at its end, as per Tuscan tradition.

There is a large covered car parking with 5 parking spaces. The garden is flat and surrounds the entire house. .
