The farmhouse is located along the local road of the mulberry trees that continues and immerses itself in the Macchia della Magona, a protected natural area full of paths for lovers of walking and trekking in all its forms.

The Podere borders on one side with the Sterza stream which can be accessed directly from the property and where there are natural beaches made of river pebbles mixed with sand, a perfect place to take a dip with your dog and maybe who knows try fishing.
